Maintenance Request

If you’re a tenant in one of our SPG managed properties, and you have a maintenance request, please log it on the PropertyTree portal to ensure prompt repairs:

client.propertytree.com/login

Your safety and comfort as a tenant is important to us, so we will always do our best to seek immediate instruction from the Lessor to resolve any maintenance issues as soon as possible.
