Here’s what our current tenants have to say about SPG…
I have been a tenant through Spencer Property Group for close to 2 years now. Kim is by far the best Property Manager I have had the experience of renting through. Her care and consideration, attention to detail, professionalism and genuine warmth have been a welcome breath of fresh air! I would highly recommend Kim and Spencer Property Group to anyone seeking to lease a property or have their own property managed.
Ash – Tenant
I have experienced issues with large real estates and their treatment of tenants, which culminated in having to move within an incredibly short period of time during a difficult marketplace. Kim not only referred me to my new home at infinity, but her compassion, efficiency and gold standard service really not only helped me find a place, but find the perfect place and making me feel less stressed and anxious and answering my often silly questions!. I can't express enough just how refreshing it is to feel like a valued tenant, rather than a second class citizen with money. I cannot recommend her enough!
Amanda | 2021 – Tenant
‘My partner and I are very thankful to have Kim as our property manager. We have been renting through her for a bit under a year, and in this time she has consistently shown herself to be both friendly and down to earth. We have always felt able to contact her and she has always responded in a timely manner and acted in a way that shows her commitment not only to keeping the property well maintained, but also to taking care of her tenants.’
Grace – Tenant
Do you keep a list of tenants looking for rentals?
Yes absolutely. Unfortunately we can only rent a property to one tenant and most the time we have several great tenants to choose from. Therefore we can simply go to our list of tenants if another similar property becomes available.
How can I improve my application to get me to the top of the rental list?
Make sure you answer all queries and attach all requested documents, this makes the vetting process easier.
After applying for the property, when will I know if I am successful or not?
SPG love fast turn arounds. We like to make our tenancy offers early within a day or two from application, this is to make sure we get our first preference. We also think it’s not fair to keep the unsuccessful tenants waiting and allows them to keep on their search.
