With sixfteen years experience in the rental market and many more to come, Spencer Property Group is ready to manage your property in a personal manner. Our first investments to the company were family and friends homes and SPG has built from there.
We like to have a more personal approach and meet people at times and places that suit them. Maybe you need us to drop keys off to you at work, or be contactable nearly 24/7. Our mission is to be approachable, contactable and offer the best client experieance, whether you’re a tenant or a landlord.

Our Story
How We Got Started
Whilst privately managing our four personal investment properties, I found a real passion for the market and a desire to help others. As locals who have grown up in the ACT and are very familiar with the capital, the transition to help others enjoy the investment property market was easy.
I had been working in public service from 2006-2018, and decided that having 13 years experience working with our properties, that it was an ideal time to change careers. I undertook my Real Estate license and upon completion, Spencer Property Group – SPG was born.
